These web sites require that you input property information and upload photos, virtual tour links, etc. yourself. Each listing gets its own web page, with multiple photos, links, detailed property info., contact info., virtual tours, and more. When you want to add a listing all you have to do log in and do it yourself. Then you can add/modify/delete your own listings on an as needed basis.

Real Estate Web Sites We Add/Modify/Delete Listings For You:
These web sites are highly customizable in the design process and easy to operate as they require little work on your behalf. Each listing gets its own web page, with multiple photos, links, detailed property info., contact info., virtual tours, and more. When you want to add a listing all you have to do is email the photos and text (or a link to the property MLS data), and we do the rest. We build the web site for you. Then we add/modify/delete your listings on an as needed basis. We bill in 15 increments and charge by the hour.

Real Estate Web Sites That Automatically Add/Delete Your Listings:
These are web sites that incorporate your listings as they exist in your local MLS, and we display them on your web site. Delray Computer can build the web site for you and make your listings automatically appear on a web page within your web site. Your local MLS would need to supply you with a URL of the properties in your inventory. The properties can usually be displayed by Agent ID, or by All Brokerage Listings. So when you have a new listing that is input into your local MLS, the listings will appear on the page automatically. And as you remove them from MLS they are automatically removed from your web site. This type of web site has hosting costs that are very inexpensive.

We offer static or dynamic single page web sites, 5-page web site packages, 10-page web site packages, 20-page web site packages and higher.
We collect fee's as follows:
- 1/3 upfront
- 1/3 when initial template is done
- final 1/3 once site is complete
Then we will post the web site live on the Internet:
1. On our servers if you want to pay for web hosting through Delray Computer.
2. On alternative servers like GoDaddy and others.
Already Have a Real Estate Web Site??
There is an additional option of having us Work on Your Already Existing Web Site. If you would like to have someone enter the information on your web site for you we charge by the hour so it is an affordable way to clear up time for yourself.
We offer our services by the hour and bill in 15 minute increments so simple changes are very inexpensive. All you would need to do is email us the photos and MLS data, or property information, and we take care of the rest.
FOR BRAND NEW WEB SITES:
Domain Name registration and hosting is extra. Which hosting plan you choose is up to you. We offer web hosting, and more information can be found HERE.
