We can make you custom Virtual Tours, with your picture, logos, designations, etc. all customized how ever you like!
We will email you the files you need and detailed instructions on how to install on your servers. It will load automatically when you click on the URL. You can also configure different custom options when loading it, like the size of the window when it opens, background colors and music, and other options.

We can even link your virtual tour to any other Real Estate web site you may already have, including Realtor.com and many others.
Delray Computer is an official virtual tour provider through Hometour 360° and REALTOR.com®. We can link our Virtual Tours to your Enhanced web site at Realtor.com® for FREE. If you do not have the Enhanced Realtor.com® web site, then it is $40 (one time fee) per Virtual Tour to link to add to your Realtor.com® web site. Posting tours to other web sites is free. Hosting of the actual virtual tour files is FREE and there are no monthly fee's for our Virtual Tours.
Our Virtual Tours are only $199.00 each (not including setup fee if applicable or photography). You can do photography yourself if you own a digital camera and a tripod, instructions below.We can add background sound or voice narration (or both) upon request.
Virtual Tour Instructions
Take one photo at 12 o'clock, 2 o'clock, 4 o'clock, 6 o'clock, 8 o'clock, and 10 o'clock. Repeat for each scene. Tours include 4 scenes. Additional scened are $40/each. Once you have 6 photos for each scene email them to us, along with MLS data for the property, your contact info., designations, web site URL, and email address, and we do the rest.

Unbranded means that your agent photo and contact info. are not on the page. Branded means we add your contact info., designations, web site URL, and email address. These "viewers" can be customized to your exact specifications, including adding your logo, web site URL, email address, contact info., logos, etc. and they can be designed graphically to meet your web sites color scheme and are completely customizable.
Another option for a victual tour has frames that you manually scroll through the panoramic images.
There is a one-time setup fee of $199.00, and virtual tours are $199.00/each.

Fulfillment Options
Once you have seen and approved the final file via the Internet, we send you via email attachment the final output files for installing on your web site. You can install the virtual tour on as many servers as you like. You will also be provided a unique URL for the tour if you simply need to link to it, at no additional charge. It is $4.95/month to host the virtual tour.
No Set-up Fee
Delray Computer has no setup fees. Whether we charge a flat rate and our fee includes design and URL. All services are rendered on a first come first serve basis, with a usual turnaround time of 7 days or less (sometimes we can have files for you in as little as 24 hours).
Gathering Content
Photos, graphics and text comprise the majority of the space in Virtual Tour. You can use any given layout or template you choose, or have us design a new layout for you. We can make custom graphics based on layouts you provide, whether they be simple drawings, or complicated art work. We also can provide free of charge clip art, stock photos, and more.
Utilizing various graphic software to create original images, we have the ability to create designs for use in your virtual tour viewer including vector or bitmap graphic design or optional animations.
Output Files
Once the materials have been gathered the actual production process takes place and we create your custom Virtual Tour design. The end result- a professional looking viewer design catered to your individual needs.
Here at Delray Computer we have three choices to receive final output files from us:

- Email
- CD or DVD via US Mail, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other carrier (additional fee applies)
You will receive the final computer files (if requested) and unique URL to link to the Virtual Tour.
We accept most major credit cards, money orders, and cash.
